Modifying a basic design to add windows, more doors or other features can weaken its’ security and negate the insurance reductions or safety gains.
Likewise, it’s best to get a building that’s a bit bigger than needed, and which can have multiple uses. Doing this makes it a lot more appealing to new buyers, and gives you some overflow space just in case you do end up needing more storage.
