Five Styles of Bathroom Vanities

A sink and the cabinetry that surrounds it form a bathroom vanity. It serves as storage as well as a cover for exposed plumbing, keeping everything looking neat and tidy. In some cases, bathroom vanities can be quite streamlined.

A bathroom vanity can be of any style, be large or little, minimalist or maximalist, and have drab or bright colors. Additionally, there are a variety of websites where you can look at Vanderloc – luxury vanity. And, while it has a specific function, it always reflects the aesthetic of the house.

Your vanity, for example, can be fashioned of a variety of woods and countertop materials. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes, including square, round, rectangular, and corner mounts. There is a great deal of variety among them, which is why there are five popular styles to choose from:

Vanities with a Narrow Depth

Vanity depths typically range from 21′′ to 24′′, however, there are situations when a bathroom’s walking area just cannot meet the vanity’s regular spatial requirements.

The narrow depth vanity comes in handy when a walkway needs to be larger or when a tight doorway limits the depth of bathroom cabinetry.

Vanities In the Corners

The final two kinds are both vanities that are designed to satisfy certain requirements in a bathroom. This will usually demand the use of around sink, which can even be mounted on the wall to conserve even more floor space.

To be sure, they are specialist vanities and sinks, but they can help transform even the tiniest space into a useful and aesthetically pleasing bathroom.

Vanities That Are Mounted on The Wall

The pedestal sink is affixed to the wall, while the wall mount sink is one of the most iconic and classic options. It is a popular alternative for those on a budget or with limited space, but it does necessitate wall reinforcements and piping that’s either exposed or hidden behind special covers put on the underside of the sink.

Vanities with Vessel Sinks

This is one of the most recent developments, which marries a free-standing vessel sink with a vanity surface, such as a huge copper bowl or a brilliantly glazed basin. Keep in mind that while it has a unique aesthetic and a lot of storage possibilities, it can be expensive and take up a lot of space.

The range of vessel bowls available in various types of materials such as tempered glass or even real stone means that no two sinks are alike.

Bathroom Vanities that are Free-Standing

The free-standing vanity, like a dresser or cupboard, stands alone from the wall and the rest of the room. It offers many of the same benefits and attractive appearance as a pedestal sink, but with the added benefit of storage and the ability to conceal the plumbing.

It could be a low-cost alternative or a high-end designer installation; it could even be an antique that has been renovated into a vanity.
