Your Roofs Age

It depends on the age of your roof because there are different types of materials for roofs. Normally a roof lasts for 15 years but it also depends on the material.

1. Asphalt roof 7 to 10 years

2. Wood shingle roof 17 years

3. Clay tile roof 45 to 80 years

4. Slate roof 80+ years

These are some different material roofs which can be replaced after this time.

Mold, Fungi, or Moss Have Taken Over
